BANDUNG - The Nusantara Capital Authority (NCA) through Bina Karya, in collaboration with Pos Indonesia (PosIND), is working together to support the development of the Nusantara in the PosIND Bandung Headquarters. This collaboration is formalized in the Cooperation Agreement between PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and PT Bina Karya (Persero) regarding the cooperation of courier and logistics services for the Nusantara on Tuesday (9/1/2024).

The CEO of PosIND, Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, stated that this collaboration is a form of support for infrastructure development in Nusantara. "PosIND's role in this collaboration is as a coordinator in preparing the business model and operational model for the implementation of logistics activities in Nusantara," explained Faizal.

In line with this, the CEO of Bina Karya, Boyke P. Soebroto, expressed that the signing of this agreement marks the readiness of both parties to contribute to the development of infrastructure in Nusantara.

The signing of this collaboration marks the cooperation of the two companies in the transportation of personal belongings of Civil Servants (ASN), TNI, POLRI, employees of SOEs, and private employees who are relocating to and from Nusantara, including the transportation of documents and goods belonging to Ministries/Agencies, SOEs, and private entities to and from Nusantara. Also, the implementation of projects and logistics contracts related to Nusantara development activities.

Boyke also hopes that after the collaboration, PosIND can move quickly in carrying out its duties. "So that there is something to show from this collaboration when the President visits again. And we also hope that logistics companies, both private and SOEs, can integrate with Pos Indonesia in providing logistics services in Nusantara," he explained.

For information, before this, PosIND and Bina Karya had signed a Cooperation Agreement on July 20, 2023, and actively conducted workshops and focus group discussions to finalize the development of a green logistics hub.

Next, PosIND and Bina Karya will launch the Nusantara Logistics Hub & Services in Nusantara. The event is planned to coincide with the visit of the President of Indonesia to the Nusantara Capital.
