DEPUTY OF OIKN'S GREEN AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INVITES KAZAKHSTAN ACADEMICS FOR SCIENCE COLLABORATION

ASTANA - In order to strengthen the smart city concept with a scientific foundation, Deputy for Green and Digital Transformation of the Authority of the Capital of the Archipelago (OIKN) Prof. Mohammed Ali Berawi visited Nazarbayev University which is one of the leading universities in Kazakhstan for scientific collaboration. The discussion was represented by Prof. Matteo Rubagotti, Acting Dean, School of Engineering and Digital Sciences, Nazarbayev University. The discussion and communication of knowledge exchange and partnership development received a warm welcome from Prof. Matteo Rubagotti.
Knowledge exchange allows academics to share their knowledge, experience, and the latest research results on smart cities. This can include an understanding of the concepts, technologies, strategy implementation, challenges and benefits associated with smart cities in the archipelago. This kind of collaboration can lead to new discoveries, innovative solutions and a deeper understanding of smart cities.
In addition, by sharing knowledge and experience, academics and researchers can provide each other with constructive feedback and input on research methodologies, data analysis approaches and interpretation of results. This can help improve the quality of research and strengthen the methodology used. Academics and researchers can also share resources, including data, analytical tools and infrastructure, to enhance research excellence in the archipelago.

In addition, this collaboration is also expected to provide input and recommendations to practitioners and stakeholders regarding best practices, challenges faced, and proposed solutions." said Prof. Ali Berawi.
Through this knowledge exchange, academics can strengthen collaboration, produce higher quality research, and make more significant contributions to smart city development. In the long run, this can help improve the understanding and practices related to smart cities and promote sustainable and inclusive development.
