JAKARTA – The Nusantara Capital Authority (NCA), together with five investors, signed a Land Utilization Agreement and Land Allocation Agreement for NCA Assets in possession (ADP) and Notarial Deeds at the Ministry of Public Works' Auditorium on Monday, February 24th, 2025. 

The Chairman of the NCA, Basuki Hadimuljono, signed several notarial deeds of cooperation agreements with the five investors: PT Balikpapan Ready Mix Nusantara, PT Berkah Bersinar Abadi, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), PT Puri Persada Lampung, and Universitas Negeri Surabaya. These investors will develop various facilities, including mixed-use buildings, office buildings, hotels, and campus buildings in Nusantara. 

“What we signed today is part of a private investment worth IDR 1.2 trillion. If there is already a cooperation agreement, it means the land is available, has a firm status, has the land rights, and the building use rights are approved. Now it's time to utilize it." said Basuki. 

This signing serves as a foundation to provide legal certainty for business actors, regulating the rights and obligations of each party and strengthening mutual commitment to start construction in 2025. 

In line with this, the Deputy for Funding and Investment of the NCA, Agung Wicaksono, stated, "With this cooperation agreement (PKS), private investment in Nusantara continues. Investors can start construction immediately without needing a groundbreaking ceremony first." 

This signing is part of the Market Sounding agenda related to the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Housing Sector Projects, which is held following the directive of President Prabowo to involve more private stakeholders in the infrastructure development, especially in IKN, as well as the provisions in the Ministry of National Development Planning Regulation No. 6/2022.
