"I hope these SMKs can serve as examples for other SMKs, especially in Nusantara that we are building. It is crucial in producing graduates ready to compete in the digital world," he added.

Human resource development is a crucial priority in harmony with the development of Nusantara. As outlined in Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2022 concerning the Detailed Plan of Nusantara, Nusantara has a vision as an economic superhub, with one of its pillars being Nusantara as an education center in the 21st century.

In line with this, the Deputy for Sosbudpemas of the NCA stated that the improvement in the quality of educators can also be applied.

"The quality of education is not only seen from its graduates but also the quality of outstanding educators. This needs to be an example for educators at this level so that educational equality is realized in Nusantara and its surrounding areas," he concluded.

In addition, the Program Director of the Djarum Foundation, Primadi Serad, mentioned that they would support a similar education pattern. "The vocational education concept in Nusantara can adopt what the Djarum Foundation has been doing. This educational concept aligns with the goals of Nusantara as a sustainable smart city."

"As a result, vocational education can produce graduates who are quickly absorbed into the workforce both domestically and internationally, with the opportunity to earn 2-3 times above the average," added Primadi.
