NUSANTARA – The Nusantara Capital Authority (NCA) represented by the Deputy for Development Control, Thomas Umbu Pati Tena Bolodadi accompanied the Founder of the Mayapada Group, Dato Sri Tahir and his entourage to directly inspect the plans for the construction site for the Mayapada Hospital at Nusantara.

"Investment activity continues to increase day by day in Nusantara. Today the Mayapada team, accompanied by the NCA team inspected the WP 1B location to ensure that the architectural design suited the topographic conditions of the land. In the not too distant future, the construction of the Mayapada Hospital will soon be realized to serve the people in Nusantara," said Deputy Thomas while accompanying the group of Mayapada Group, on Tuesday (03/10/2023).

Mayapada Group disbursed investment funds amounting to approximately 500 billion IDR for the construction of a hospital and dormitory which is planned to be built in the Nusantara Planning Area (WP) 1B.

"Mayapada will be one of the first hospitals built and operated in Nusantara, and will be the best hospital in Kalimantan," said Mayapada Group Founder, Dato Sri Tahir.

Furthermore, Tahir said that the ground breaking is targeted to be carried out on November 1st,  2023 with an estimate that construction can be completed in April 2024. He hopes that the Mayapada Hospital at Nusantara will be operational in July 2024.

This was welcomed by the Director of Investment and Ease of Doing Business at the NCA, Indra Yuwana. Director Indra stated "I welcome and appreciate the Mayapada Group's visit to inspect the hospital land location. The presence of Mr. Dato Tahir shows his seriousness in investment interest. This proves that domestic investors support the government's program in developing Nusantara."

Also present to accompany Deputy Thomas were the Director of Investment and Ease of Doing Business at the NCA, Indra Yuwana; Head of the Balikpapan NNC Authority Office, Achmad Adipati Karnawidjaja; and NCA Urban Design Expert, Vallin Tsarina. Also present was the Commissioner of Bank Mayapada, Hendra Mulyono, accompanying Dato Sri Tahir during the visit.
