NUSANTARA - The Nusantara Capital Authority (NCA) through Bina Karya, in collaboration with PosIND, is ready to launch the Nusantara Logistics Hub & Services in the Nusantara Capital Region on Wednesday (17/01/2023).
This launch is the realization of the collaboration between Bina Karya and PosIND, which includes a joint operation (KSO) for courier and logistics services in Nusantara.
President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, expressed his support and hopes for the launch of Nusantara Logistics Hub & Services. "This launch will support the existence of Nusantara as a super hub, and the presence of logistics service companies in Nusantara is much needed in line with the increasing activities in Nusantara," he said.
The President also hopes that PosIND can contribute significantly and trigger the strengthening of the domestic supply chain, not only in Nusantara but also in all regions of Indonesia, by making logistics costs more affordable and accelerating and streamlining logistics movements across the entire Indonesian archipelago.
The CEO of PosIND, Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, stated that this launch is a form of support for the development of infrastructure in Nusantara. "We want to be an essential part of the development process of Nusantara and provide courier and logistics services for the people of Nusantara," explained Faizal.
Faizal also mentioned that the overall investment value for this collaboration reaches IDR 350 billion. This investment will be focused on building a Green Logistics Hub infrastructure supported by the latest technology, including delivery robots and drones, advanced robotic sorting machines, and the utilization of logistics operations using electric vehicles (EV).
Meanwhile, the CEO of Bina Karya, Boyke P. Soebroto, stated that the collaboration with PosIND is expected to coordinate marketing and sales activities for the entire target market intensively and with dedication.
As information, before this, PosIND and Bina Karya had signed a Cooperation Agreement on July 20, 2023, and actively conducted workshops and focus group discussions to refine the development of the green logistics hub.
President Jokowi was accompanied by the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Hadi Tjahjanto, Presidential Advisory Board Member Gandi Sulistiyanto, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, and Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
Also present were the Head of the IKN Authority Bambang Susantono, Acting Governor of East Kalimantan Akmal Malik, Acting Regent of Penajam Paser Utara Makmur Marbun, Curator of the IKN Development Ridwan Kamil, CEO of PT Pos Indonesia Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, and CEO of PT Bina Karya Boyke.
