JAKARTA  –PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk signed an agreement with Marriott International to build three hotels in the Nusantara. The three hotels that will be built are Westin, Four Points, and Tribute Portfolio. This was conveyed at the Signing Ceremony of 3 Marriott International-branded Hotels in Nusantara National Capital with Pakuwon Jati at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City on Wednesday (13/9/2023).

The signing of this agreement is a follow-up to the cooperation agreement between PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk and PT Bina Karya (Persero) regarding the construction of an integrated shopping center at NNC in July 2023.

Acting as a witness Vice Chairman of the Nusantara Capital Authority (NCA) Dhony Rahajoe and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

"This construction is part of Pakuwon's mixed-use development at Nusantara and will be carried out simultaneously with the ongoing Nusanara development stages," was explained by PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk Main Director Alexander Stefanus Ridwan Suhendra.

Furthermore, he explained that the first phase of development would begin with the construction of the Four Points hotel, followed by the construction of the Westin and Tribute Portfolio.

On the same occasion, President for Marriott International for Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC) Rajeev Menon expressed his gratitude for being able to be involved in this development.

"The construction of this hotel is important for us because we have the opportunity to be the first to build a hotel in NNC with Pakuwon as a party that is committed to building the best hotel from all sides," he said.

Vice Chairman of NCA Dhony Rahajoe welcomed the signing of this collaboration. "It is truly an honor to work with Pakuwon as a top property company," said Dhony.

He also explained that the Pakuwon property would later be built in a very strategic location, namely in front of Taman Sumbu Kebangsaan.

Also present to accompany the Vice Chairman of NCA Dhony Rahajoe on this occasion was Deputy for Funding and Investment Agung Wicaksono.
